Two Birds - follow up

So Two Birds did email me. No phone call, just email. But he has emailed several times. He even asked me out. I hate to jinx it by writing about it. It’s been an entertaining exchange of emails. I’m going to my first formal military event. He had to ask if I wanted prime rib, chicken or veggie pasta for dinner. I wanted prime rib soooo bad, but dang, I’m on a diet. Gotta lose some weight before bathing suit season! So, I picked chicken. He wrote back that is what he picked too. (is this a good thing?) Then I gave him a decision to make… full length dress or tea length (I wrote shin figuring tea is too girlie for him to know). He took a survey in the office and came back to me with the full length answer. He even told me it was a much more difficult decision than the prime rib, chicken or pasta decision. He has a good sense of humor.

I got my formal dress last night. I look fab-u-lous in it! At least that is what roomie said. I really like it too, so it’s awesome my second date with him allows me to show off my figure and get all dressed up. I clean up well. There will be dinner talk…I’m good at dinner talk, too! If he is not impressed with me after this date, then he’ll never be. That’s a good thing, too. I hate to waste my time with someone who I like, but for whom I'll never “measure up”. Find out early and get going when the going is good!
